Rick’s business experience includes time as a corporate Vice-President, a business owner and trusted business partner for clients throughout his career. During these years he was heavily involved in employee recruiting and hiring. Rick has been directly involved in the business of employee placement and executive recruitment for over five years and has the skills to assist both individuals and businesses. He truly understands the importance of finding the right candidate for the job, and the right job for the candidate.

Rick is a graduate of North Carolina Wesleyan College with a degree in Business Administration and lives in beautiful downtown Asheville.  His son is a recent graduate from East Carolina University.
